Gateway Bible Church is led by Elders and Deacons.  The role of elder is to "devote themselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word" (Acts 6:4) while the role of deacon is to serve the church by carefully handle the Lord's treasury, as well as the daily care of the church's practical needs.  Both elder and deacon are in Spiritual Leadership of the local church.
